How much does the program cost?
The Nutrition Coaching Programme fee is 450 EUR/month for 2 months.
What happens if my situation is special and I still need months to reach my goals?
Nothing wrong. For some people, the root of the problem goes deeper. With them, we will continue the program beyond the 3 months.
In this case, the Program fee is 400 EUR/month from the third month.

What do I get for my investment?
3 x 60 minutes online consultation per week: These sessions include evaluating progress, eliminating binge eating or episodes of binge eating, overcoming challenges, and answering questions.
During the consultations, you will learn how to control your binge eating attacks, how to prepare your own meals with delicious and nutritious food, without starvation or self-mortification.
0-24 Text Support: I understand that sometimes you need extra support. Therefore, during the Program, I will answer your questions by e-mail with supportive answers.
Homework: Our consultations are just the beginning. You will be given homework and challenges to apply what we will discuss in practice. It is recommended to perform these tasks in order to achieve the best results and achieve goals.
How long does the program last?
The duration of the program is a minimum of 3 months. The exact Duration will be determined jointly at the first consultation. The duration of the Program depends on the goal we want to achieve and the intensity of our joint work.

I’ve been where you are. I know what it feels like to constantly battle with your body, your mind, and the endless cycle of diets. Whether you’re 120 kilos, 65 kilos, or somewhere in between, whether you’re living with an eating disorder or stuck in a lifelong pattern of yo-yo dieting, I see you.
I understand the frustration, the shame, the exhaustion of trying and failing time and time again.
My own journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve battled diet addiction, bulimia, and binge eating, enduring moments where I consumed 10,000 to 15,000 calories in a single episode, only to be overwhelmed by guilt and despair. At my heaviest, 120 kilos, I was drained and defeated, sitting on the couch with a bag of “healthy” chips, wondering why all my knowledge and experience as a coach and dietetics student weren’t enough to save me from myself.
I knew everything about nutrition – what to eat, when, and how much – but I couldn’t make it stick. And that’s when I realized: the problem wasn’t the food. It was the mindset, the patterns, the deeper emotional wounds I hadn’t addressed.
For three years, I worked with experts and poured everything into uncovering a method that truly works. This isn’t a quick fix, and it’s not about willpower – it’s about healing, rewiring your relationship with food, and finally finding peace with yourself.
Today, I’m living proof that transformation is possible. I’ve shed over 30 kilos without starving myself, punishing my body, or giving up the foods I love. I’ve overcome my food addiction and binge eating, and now, I’m here to help you do the same.
