What happens if my situation is special and I still need months to reach my goals?

In this case, the Program fee is 450 EUR/month from the third month.

I understand the deep struggles of trying to lose weight and maintain it because I’ve been there myself. My own journey with diet addiction led to bulimia and binge eating, where I would consume up to 10,000 to 15,000 calories in a single sitting, followed by overwhelming guilt. I knew everything about food—what to eat, when to eat, and how much—but it wasn’t enough to sustain lasting change.
Despite my knowledge of dietetics and coaching experience, I couldn’t break free from the cycle of overeating and self-punishment. That’s when I realized it wasn’t just about calories—it was about mindset. I needed to rewire my beliefs and behaviors.
For three years, I worked with experts to develop a method that combined practical nutrition with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, and this is the approach I now use to help my clients. Through this process, I successfully overcame my food addiction, lost over 30 kilos, and maintained it without ever starving or torturing myself.
