How much does the program cost?

The Nutrition Coaching Programme fee is 450 EUR/month for 2 months.

What happens if my situation is special and I still need months to reach my goals?

Nothing wrong. For some people, the root of the problem goes deeper. With them, we will continue the program beyond the 3 months.

In this case, the Program fee is 400 EUR/month from the third month.

What do I get for my investment?

3 x 60 minutes online consultation per week: These sessions include evaluating progress, eliminating binge eating or episodes of binge eating, overcoming challenges, and answering questions.

During the consultations, you will learn how to control your binge eating attacks, how to prepare your own meals with delicious and nutritious food, without starvation or self-mortification.

0-24 Text Support: I understand that sometimes you need extra support. Therefore, during the Program, I will answer your questions by e-mail with supportive answers.

Homework: Our consultations are just the beginning. You will be given homework and challenges to apply what we will discuss in practice. It is recommended to perform these tasks in order to achieve the best results and achieve goals.

How long does the program last?

The duration of the program is a minimum of 3 months. The exact Duration will be determined jointly at the first consultation. The duration of the Program depends on the goal we want to achieve and the intensity of our joint work.
